Nice copy of one of Jules Verne's lesser known tales, this is subtitled "A Courier of the Czar".

Book is the first N. C. Wyeth illustrated edition, 4t0, with 9 color plates. The front board is beginning to separate from the spine, but not badly. Illustrated endpapers show the Kremlin. Lovely reading copy for those who appreciate a nice book.
