Phoenix - first US edition

by Henning Boetius

Interesting account of the Hindenburg disaster as related by a fictional survivor. Interestingly enough, the author is the son of the last remaining survivor of the crash. He has woven a thriller, meticulously researched, which plays out against the backdrop of Nazi Germany. Great read.

Book has grey boards with 1/4 cloth grey spine; title stamped in red. Illustrated end papers show a cross-sectional drawing of the great air ship.

Jacket has always been protected; illustrated by Gary Kelley.
