Three for a Letter - first US edition

by Mary Reed and Eric Mayer - signed

Third book in the series. It is 539 AD in the court of Justinian and Theodora. During the performance of a play at at banquet, one of a pair of diplomatic hostage twins descended from the last Ostrogothic ends up dead. Then Theodora's mime vanishes and John the Eunuch is called in to find him, and expose any connection to the death of the young boy. Period arcana, palace intrigue and curious complications make this another great read!

Book has sandy-brown boards with the spine stamped in gold. Signed by both authors on the title page. Fine.
