The Wandering Prince - first UK edition

by Jean Plaidy

The wandering prince is Charles II, the most fascinating rake in English history. As a young man deprived of his heritage, he was forced to spend the early years of his manhood wandering about Europe.

Book is red boards with gold printed spine. Square and straight, the book suffers primarily from foxing to the endpapers and overall darkening to page edges.

The jacket is intact at 12/6, but is also foxed. The spine is sunned and there are some tears to the front cover. But overall, this is a very good book jacket for its age.
