The Wizard of Oz - 2nd US edition - 1903

by L. Frank Baum

This is the second edition, second printing of the book, although not 'scarce', yet still highly collectible. Even more-so for me.

This is a family heirloom that I ended up with. It was originally owned by my Grandma Scott, who was born in 1901. The book was well loved, well read, and well used over three generations. I had the spine professionally rebound. Moss green cloth, yellow and black lettering to cover, pictorial orange and green endpapers, color illustrations, moderate stain and wear to covers, only front endpapers - no rears, had to sacrifice for the rebinding job; slight chipping to two pages, some hand soil; otherwise, generally clean and sturdy. Very Good for a book that is 100 years old.
